What this site is

This site describes the services we offer and publishes articles about AI automation. It is general information, not advice tailored to your business. Whether something here suits your circumstances is a judgement you should make with us on a call, or with your own adviser.

Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only once we have both agreed a written scope and price.

Timeframes and outcomes

Where the site mentions a timeframe, such as a typical go-live of one to three weeks, that is what similar projects have taken, not a guarantee for yours. Actual timing depends on scope, the systems being integrated, and how quickly we can get access and decisions.

We do not guarantee a specific commercial result. What we do commit to is agreed in your engagement.

Third-party content and links

Some articles refer to third-party products, platforms or published findings. We reference them for context and we do not control them. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what other sites publish.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to DURBACTI unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read, quote and link to any of it with attribution. Republishing whole pages or articles as your own, or using our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you, is not permitted.

Ownership of anything we build for you as a client is set out in your engagement, not here.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, or to submit the enquiry form automatically or in bulk. We may block access that does any of those things.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, move or remove pages at any time. Pages we retire are redirected where it makes sense to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this site. Liability for paid work is dealt with in your engagement.

Privacy

How we handle personal information you send through this site is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page is generated from the build of this site, so it always reflects when this page was genuinely last edited. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
